I'm not sure where the number is, but usually a candidate has to hit a certain percentage in order to be included in the debates. Ross Perot was over 10 percent in 1992, and made it.

It's a tough call, but it's a big stage and you really want to give people with a good-sized chance at winning the opportunity to be in the debate.

In other words, Barr has some work to do.

im sure they will keep him out of the debates.  if americans actually learned about the other choices they had in politics the demopublicans would be screwed pretty badly.
