  1. Well, that's hard to say now, it's hard to say what the tean and the fans reaction will be. I think they will be better off without him, only if they find a great replacement, like Jason Bay.

The Marlins would obviously benefit if the three way trade between them, the Pirates, and the Red Sox happens, ticket sales will go up, and they will have more publicity.

  2. I think the Sox are nuts to get rid of him....As a Yankee fan I am VERY happy...  I hope this move turns out to bit them in the butt!!

  3. boston will be much better without manny's crud. and no one will be better off with them. p.s. i don't know how the marlins will afford him.

  4. as a dissapointed tigers fan as of right now i will give sheffield todd jones and a prospect for manny

  5. ur glad cause hes a yankee killer

red sox need him u know wat ur gunna get from him .300 35HR 100+RBis

people like Bay you don't know cause it is a new environment and he wasn't even having a stellar season in the first place

  6. I think Boston will be better off without his antics but the Marlins will be better off with the antics. Manny Ramirez+ antics= More attendance

    in the ballpark.

  7. Better off without his skills ? No

Better of without his antics - Yes, it's disruptive and childish.

The one thing he should realize is that any other team that takes him probably won't put up with his nonsense - and they'll probably make him cut his hair. He gave Boston some good years, but this prima donna c**p is getting tired. As a Sox fan, I think it's time for him to pack his bags.
