Will Brett Favre be in the Madden 09 game and if so which team will he be playing for?

I read before that Favre was going to be the first inactive player to be the cover star for the game but he is now a Jet so will he be in the game at all.

I just purchased the game today and i didn't find him in the game i looked threw the rosters and he wasn't there

I heard if he's not in the game you can download him off the internet, but that might not be true someone else told.

Bret Favre will be on the NFL greats team, a team of hall of famers and future hall of famers. Unless you get the roster update where he will be placed on the Jets.

I think recently retired players are always in Free agency.  You should be able to find him there.

EA will release a download for a new Jets roster with Brett Favre. There will also be a download for a cover with him as a Jet.

they will have him playing for the packers but you can go online and download the roster and you get get the download the cover from EA with farve in a jets jersey

i don't know if he would be in the xbox or the ps3 version but i know fore sure he isnt at the psp one so it might be the same

Chances are that there will be a roster update with the game and then he will be in the game.
