Will Brian Skinner rejoin the Phoenix Suns?

Question

I'm surprised that the Phoenix Suns haven't rushed to re-sign Brian Skinner, who played well for them last season. Do they not want him back, which would be unwise, or does he want to leave?

It would be a good news if Skinner stays in Phoenix.

Be frank, D'Antoni under-utilized this defensive big man last season even before the Shaq-Matrix trade by giving him irregular and fluctuated minutes, which I think a defensive-oriented veteran may not be able to set a momentum on the floor.

The Suns badly needs a defensive PF/C and right now there are little options in the free agent pool (though Ratliff is good). Lopez looks good in summer league but he gets lots of foul in limited minutes - and a veteran like Skinner becomes more prominent to pick up the potential slack left by Amare and/or Shaq.

Well I don't know if he is coming back but hopefully we can get him. He does all the dirty work for the Suns he is very good defensive player so yea hopefully he can comeback to the Suns.
