Will Bush and Cheney give speeches at the Republican convention?

Would be classic, Bush being such a great orator.  I think Cheney will be too busy counting his money.   I heard they will have a live waterboarding demonstration too, to show its not "torture"  Fun times!

Even though the county  does not like them over half of the Republican still do .so a majority of them want it even if McCain  does not.
