  1. No.

Like Katrina, he would only be blamed for any poor, or non-existent, response.

  2. No, but this question has been asked ad nauseam.  Bush was never blamed for Katrina; he was blamed for the incompetent response.

  3. Proper precautions are being made well ahead of time, so I doubt it.  Its the after effects that going to be looked at.

  4. No

Unlike Katrina the Gov of the state did his job before this hurricane

  5. No, because Louisiana's new governor is doing his job, unlike his predecessor.

  6. Of course.  Everything is his fault.  It's kind of funny how lib's first mock his intelligence, and then invest him with almost God-like powers.

  7. No, according to real smart folk, its God that is angry at America because it is kind to homos. That's some real smart thinkin' Jethro.

  8. I doubt it, he seems to be paying attention this time.

As long as he brings back Brownie to take care of things he'll do just fine.

  9. Probably, when in reality, the liberal democrat governor sat on his *** while people drowned. this time, the Republican governor is showing how to properly prepare for an emergency, and not blaming anyone else....

  10. he phucked up the last response to a major natural disaster and he was rightfully held responsible. it would be absolutely pathetic if he couldn't get it right the second time around either.

  11. Bush won't be blamed for Gustav just like he wasn't blamed for Katrina.  What he was blamed for was the federal governments poor response to Katrina.  Harry Truman had a sign on his desk that said"The Buck Stops Here".  Bush's attitude is "The Buck Starts Here".

  12. If he sits around and plays his guitar while a large part of the country drowns again, yes.

Hopefully he will get his business together this time!

  13. No need. He's still got the blood of 1500 dead from Katrina to be blamed for, to say nothing of the 4000 dead soldiers in Iraq and the hundreds of thousands of dead, innocent Iraqis.

Bush walks in blood every day of his life.

  14. He already is. So is the RNC. On CNN, one of the headlines was "RNC has poor planning" referring to the fact that their convention was supposed to happen at approximately the same time Gustav will hit, and that the RNC planned it that way.

  15. I don't think it's possible to blame a person for a natural disaster.  Nobody said that bush caused katrina.  Bush was, however, responsible for the incredibly incompetent response to katrina.  I can see how a guy whose last job was judging horses might s***w something like that up, but apparently bush didn't.  So, if Gustav's response is as lackluster and completely screwed up as Katrina's was, then yeah.  Bush will probably get blamed for that.

  16. It wasn't funny the first 1000 times. Why would you think it would be funny now.

I swear...it takes Republicans forever to catch on.
