Question:

Will Carlos Delgado make it to the Hall of Fame if he hits his 500th homerun?

He is 36 years old and has 456 career homeruns, 44 homeruns away from 500. He will probably get there in two years. I know Big Mac and Sosa have that many and will not make it because of performance enhancers, but Delgado doesn't seem to have those problems.

  2. I think he should,a nd hopefully this year he can get a World Series ring as well.

  3. he is in a class with sosa and big mac. if those two do not get in neither should delgado. he is a slugger thats it, he is awful with the glove.

  6. Yes he played in an era were steroid use is common. He has a WS ring i think. And good numbers. yes he belongs in cooperstown.

  7. no he wont. yes he has a ws ring. yes hit hit alot of homeruns and was consistent year in and year out but the fact he played in the steriods era really hurts his chances. also on many of the temas he played for he wasnt even the best player on his team. he just hit alot of homeruns.i think he would have to put up at least 550 home runs to be in the hall

  9. This is the guy who says Jamie Moyer will be in the Hall because his career is similar to Greg Maddux. How can you take anything this guy says seriously?
