Will Celtic make the last 19 in the UCL this season ?

No, its not a typing error. So far, the have failed to win in the LAST SIXTEEN trips abroad. I expect that this will continue this season, making it 'the last 19'. I am surprised that Lawell hasn't offered the other 3 teams a 'deal', they keep the 3 points from the away game, Lawell keeps the travelling expenses to pay Balde's wages for another season ?
