Will Chexsystems erase me out of their database after the 5 year limit even if I dont pay the balance?

Yes they will. It wont be "erased" because it will still be on your credit report, but you will be able to open up new accounts.  I cant quite remember if it is 5 or 7 years though.

yes you will be removed but you will still owe the debt. You can also dispute before the 5 years are up and try for removal that way as well.

You could call them toll free @ 1-800-428-9623 and ask how long it will stay on the system.
