Will China adapters work in Europe as well?

China and Europe both seem to use the two prongs. I was wondering if there is a difference between them.

Flat blade attachment plug

but slightly shorter and without holes in blades.  Type A and I outlets are common, and Type G might also be found. http://www.kropla.com/!g.htm
