Will China be able to keep it's Gold medal dominance? ?

With Gymnastics, Swimming, and Diving, pretty much over. Can China keep up with Basketball, Track & Field, and Softball coming up?

Ha ha h ha, to those of you that thought China gold medals would slow down ... take a look at the medal list now:

China : 35 gold

USA:   19 gold

At this pace there's no way the americans are catching up China !!!

Also, with athleticism supposed to be and american sport, so far they haven't gotten a single GOLD medal on it !!!

Wow, that's a lot of accusations of China cheating. With not even a hint of proof. You guys are a bunch of sorry losers arent you? I thought the good old US of A would have more sportsmanship that that.

idk they are awesome at individual sport but I haven't seen them in team sports yet.

I don't think so, although it will be close. As you pointed out, all their strongest events are almost over. The US, on the other hand, is very strong in the team events, all of switch are still going on, as well as track and field. Considering the number of medals still out there and the fact that China will only be winning a couple more, I expect the US to overtake China in gold medals and run away with the overall medal race.

i hope not, but i feel like they are cheating and will somehow find a way to win even in their weak sports.. but USA alll the way!
