Will Cruise Line work as a 'Guarantor' for 'Landing Permission' to Croatia?

I will join a cruise journey in June for one-day visit to Dubrovnik, Croatia (ship arrives 7am & leaves 7pm). I am from the nation which needs a tourist visa to enter Croatia. Due to complicated process time and procedure for this country's visa; can I skip this step by having Carnival Cruise Line work as a sort of 'Guarantor' for me to obtain a 'Landing Permission' to embark Dubrovnik? 0r, is it normal that the Cruise Line is willing to do this for us? (Since this is only one-day visit)

I can't say for sure but I do think the cruise line may be able to help assit you with this. Call them directly.

Enjoy Dubrovnik. Its gorgeous. Most of Croatia is just beautiful.
