I love how they bring up the small town mayor thing; it makes them look disengenous about the Governor of the most oil rich state in the nation.  A woman who has sat down with the Russians over a vareity of issues, and actually has executive experience - something none of the other candidates can present to the voters:

Governor = Executive experience

Mayor = Executive and legislative experience

Senator = Legislative experience

President = Executive

She is the only candidate on either ticket with the right experience.

Seriously. This is an interview from two weeks ago and even then she had no clue about the Iraq War. (Warning: it's really painful to listen to.)

She's in way over her head on this one and if McCain's campaign is smart, they'll limit access to her like they've been doing lately with McCain.

They wont have to because McCain has taken his strongest talking point off the table.  If he thinks experience is the most important qualification in a candidate, does he think no one will notice he is 71 and has cancer and has just chose the only politician in the country with less experience than Obama to be his replacement?

ok someone has to say this she dresses like Hillary but looks younger and more attractive, the fact is shes not Hillary and if any woman in government or poltics was put in her postion the Republicans would hail it as a time of change and great for America, even though shes just a hick from Alaska, I been to ALaska there is nothing there....before today no one even knew who the governor of ALaska was i bet most of u couldnt name the capital of Alaska, in fact i think most Americans think of Alaska as Canada only a bit more north
