Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick pleaded guilty to felony charges Thursday in a s*x scandal, forcing him out of office after months of defiantly holding onto his job leading the nation's 11th-largest city. He was ordered jailed for four months and fined $1 million. "I lied under oath," Kilpatrick said in court.

  1. What good would a riot do?  Everything in Detroit has already been destroyed.  It's just waiting to be torn down and bulldozed.  A riot would actually be beneficial, save on demolition expenses for the empty rotting buildings.

  2. A riot over Kilpatrick, I doubt it.  He isn't worth another thought to me.

  3. Why would Detroit have a riot? Unless Blueband can lead one by herself, and pursue all residents that it's the White peoples fault.

But then again, Detroit is mostly a Liberal city....................Maybe the residents will learn to elect a republican this time.

  4. This is a time for Detroit to be healing, not rioting.  What's going to provoke a riot?  Everyone can breathe a sigh of relief now that this whole mess is over and try and move Detroit forward.
