There are some questions that I am very curious about.

1. After 2008 Earth Hour, the next year, it will be 3,600 cities in the whole world to make it a habit?

2. Are there disadvantages about Earth Hour?

3. Do ourselves be risky about the event?

  1. Party has it right. Daylight saving times is like  melted ice-cream  on a HOT DAY and should be flushed because its floating.

  2. Don't think so There are many missguided facts about it like fir instance some power sources are carbon neutral such as hydro , wind power etc. Also if every one was going turn there lights off for an hour and other appliances there would be a sudden drain, possible power surge on all the power stations possibly consuming more power.

Also we live in a modern world which is going to create some form of carbon footprint. neither is any one going to sacifice their lifestyle either nor go back to the stoneage living.

  3. every hour should be Earth hour.

and daylight savings should be banned

  4. 1. Well it was last year in Sydney - which is where it started I think.

    2. yeah is meaningless  - since when was lightening a big energy consumer?

    3. I don't understand the question
