  1. unfortunately fox has a history of not giving eliza or joss whedon a chance  so it's unlikely it will do well on that network. i don't know why he doesn't try going to cable. i'm sure it would do well on the USA network or even as a series on HBO or Showtime and even the lifetime network. i'll definitely check it out b/c i'm a fan of both eliza and joss.

  2. I'm a fan of Buffy The Vampire Slayer.  I thought Season 1 of Angel was good.  I never got into Firefly.  It seems that over the year's, Joss has lost some of his magic and good sense of humour.  I really hope that Dollhouse is sucessful and what I'd like.  Tru Calling never appealed to me, but with Joss Whedon working with Eliza now, she has a chance at a sucessful show.  Keep in mind, Tru Calling was on for awhile, so it wasn't -that- big a failure.

  3. There is already a website campaign asking FOX to give Dollhouse a chance before canceling it or making major changes.  Joss Whedon is the creator, and his last show, Firefly, is still a huge cult hit seven years after going off the air.  It was canceled after eleven episodes aired because FOX network wouldn't leave him alone and kept trying to tweak the episodes.  Joss Whedon fans want to make sure his new show is given the chance to develop the way he wants it to.

With all the hype already surrounding it, I would be surprised if Dollhouse is not a hit.
