It doesn't matter to us Aussies either way, we hold no animosity toward Trescothick. He is a good player & I think those words included in his book were written a little 'tongue in cheek', don't you?

As for BCCI importing the Murray Mints, yes, that is an idea. It's probably the only way India can beat Australia.

Marcus Trescothick is a player I've always respected. He's someone I've always admired, not just coz he's a great player but also because he has achieved a lot in life by sheer hard work. He's been an inspiration to many a Brits and also this 20 yr old bloke sitting in India writing this.

But his "Murray mints" escapades were shocking to be honest. Play fair and square, that is the quality which I thought made him as successful as he's been. I appreciate the fact that he came out with the truth but his reputation of being a clean customer has certainly taken a hit.

Why do these Brits do all this? First it was Manchester United who cheated Lille out of a UEFA CL match in 06-07, then there was the  "Jelly beans" incident, then McLaren Mercedez STEAL Ferrari's documents to get an extra advantage and now this revelation.

No wonder people are losing respect for the Brits. Shame on you Marcus !

Tresco will not comeback! Unfortunately, his terrible mental illness is so bad, that I think it will be very unlikely that he can come back, prove himself on the county circuit, and merit a spot for such an important series. But England can surely bring back the MINTS!

Well, just for Mr. Lord Britian's info, Harmison had 'retired' from ODIs, but has made a successful return, so that's why everyone wants Tres to come back!

I was watching a Pro40 match recently on TV, and, My Lord, Tres was just BRUTAL! It was actually the first time I was watching his batting, and it was just marvellous! It just kills me to think what a great asset he may have been for KP's ODI team, had he not had the illness! :(

Why has the fact that he has RETIRED from internationals slipped everyones mind. As great as he was, he has RETIRED, and therefore wont be playing anymore games for england.
