Will more kids forgo college and train for the Olympics like he did? Is that a good or bad precedent? It worked for LeBron James in Basketball.

  1. I think Cejudo and James are a special breed of athletes and for the most part the majority of them will still go to college first.

  2. I think a lot more kids will do the same as Cejudo who turned his ovbvious talents and skills into the gold medal. It won't really set a precedent as he's only 20 years old and still young enough to go  to college. If he becomes the role model for combining Olympic glory and a college degree, it shows anything is possible and will inspire others to follow in his footsteps.
