Will Hillary and/or Obama return the American Economy to the Dismal Days of the Jimmy Cater Era?

If either of them is elected I'm sure it will happen.  Hillary wants socialized medicine here in the US, and both of them want to raise taxes, which NEVER works to help the economy.  If you want to boost the economy, you LOWER taxes not raise them.  What we need is LESS govt. intrusion, instead of more.  JFK himself a democrat said to stimulate an economy you need to lower taxes, putting MORE money back into the pockets of the consumer.  Not taking more from them to pay for wasteful govt. programs that causes inflation and MORE dependancy on the govt. instead of teaching people to be self-sufficiant.
