Will Hurricane Bertha hit Florida?

I have a family trip to go to FL. But, I am wondering is Hurricane Bertha going to hit Florida? I dont want to be in a hurricane. lol.

nope you are safe from hurricanes. hurricane bertha is a bit north of florida, and will turn and head out to sea before it hits land.

but if it is a beach trip their may be some rough waves till the begining or this weekend

Every time I watch the weather report about it the weatherman says it won't hit Florida, but one never knows. Bertha could change her mind, speed up, slow down, there is no telling what will happen. But don't worry about it. Just plan for everything possible.
