  1. um....its not even near there.


  2. No.  An upper high pressure area over the eastern U.S. will effectively block Gustav and it's remnant moisture from reaching up there.

  3. Nope, Delaware is Safe Because The Hurricane Will Diminish In Texas Or Around There.
