Will I Be OK Taking 30mg Adderall XR?

Question

I'm 6'1'', 180 lbs, healthy guy with no history of cardiovascular problems. I easily took 20mg of the salted adderall with no adverse affects. What are the effects of the XR? and please, no mumbo jumbo on the ethics on taking drugs.

You should be able to take 30mg without any problem

and i was perfectly fine
