I'm about to commit to a college on a scholarship in Wilson, NC and I was wondering if I would be able to go to BMT next summer and then go play soccer for the school. The school doesnt have AFROTC so I wanted to get involve because after I gred. college I will be goin active. Is any of this possible?

  1. Yes, it is possible. I went to 4 straight years of college while in the ANG and it worked fine. You will have to juggle sports and military and know that military comes before soccer no matter what. Your basic training and tech school will force you to miss at least one semester. If you keep yourself balanced and on track, you can do it. As far as going active once you are done with school, it is possible, but not very likely due to the Air Force not accepting prior service into Active Duty. You can go full time within the Reserves/Guard if you want to later on. Email me through me profile on here for more information if you want.
