Question:

Will I be able to get a college scholarship with these times?

Last year as a freshman I ran 11.55 in the 100 and 23.33 in the 200.

This year as a sophomore I improved to 11.06 and 22.23 and I ran first leg on the 4x400 and my best split was 49.4.

So my times aren't great but I did improve a lot from last year.

What do I have to run as a senior to get a scholarship to a division 1 school?

I really wanna go to the Pac-10.

Just please be honest.

  1. def.. keep improving and there is no chance you wont.

  2. thats crazy thats like identical to my times rite now as a freshman( 11.54, 23.7)

but are ur times FAT or hand time?

if u get down to a 10.45 u can get a full scholarship

so nxt yer aim for 10.7 and then senior u prolly can get to that 10.45 and go to stanford, cal, usc, ucla etc.

    Good luck

  3. you're pretty close to a partial scholarship, but they wont waste a full ride on you unless you're a superstar

and remember SPLITS ON RELAYS MEAN NOTHING TO A COLLEGE COACH...because most people dont know how to take splits anyway, and they are hand timed. which means they are further inaccurate..
