I stayed at Embassy suites in Niagara Falls Canada and had a horrible experience. First they didn't give me the right room, then the next day I ate their breakfast and was sick for the rest of the day and ended up checking out early after dealing with an extremely rude front desk manager. they only gave me $22 usd back and I was supposed to stay till the next day. Is there a way I can get a refund for my last day I was sick and my early check out. I don't know what to do, I payed a lot of money and got sick from their food.

  1. call or email the embassy suites headquarters and explain everything to them and see what they can do to help you out.


  2. Find the corporate headquarters for this hotel chain and send a letter to their customers relations person.  Explain all of the situation including the front desk manager's rudeness and hope for the best.
