Will I be able to get my own account under my own name from USAA?

I'm not getting shipped out until December 2nd, but my dad is in the Army Reserves and I would be able to sign up because I'm his son, the thing is would my account be registered under his name and if so would I be able to separate the accounts and have it registered under my name once I'm at Basic Training?

OK I asked this question about 100 times if you dont already have an account when you go to basic they will make you set up one with them with your name on it if you already have an account you can get the money send to that account.
