Question:

Will I be able to lose 9lbs in 3 days if I follow this diet?

Except I dont have protein powder so the first day I would eat nothing except the salad at 6. And the second and third day I would eat fruit every 2 hours (like the diet says too).

Anyone try this diet?

Will it work?

I dont wanna hear if its unhealthy, I wanna know if it'll work.

  1. This is a detox diet and isn't really just for weight loss.  I'm sure you will lose weight but it will probably be water weight.  

    If you are going to use this diet make sure you follow it and don't leave out the protein (shakes, lean protein on the salad, etc).  It is there for a reason and will help ensure that you don't lose muscle mass.  

    You should definitely get the protein powder and not fast until 6pm.  When you go for long periods of time without eating it actually slows down your metabolism.  

    This diet doesn't sound too unhealthy... but remember it is a cleanse/detox, not a long term diet, and not a weight loss solution.

  2. You'll definitely shed some lbs., not sure if you'll shed 9 in 3 days though, it depends how much water weight your retaining.   I would get that protein powder though, when following such a strict diet you'll likely lack energy that the protein would definitely help with.

  3. Yes, you won't be able to help but loose weight but you will be loosing water weight only in my opinion.

    Yeah. Um you don't wanna hear this, but it is REALLY unhealthy to lose so much weight so fast. Shedding like a couple pounds of week is good, but losing 9 lbs in 3 days is way too much. Once you start to eat regularly again, you will regain that weight real fast. And If you don't eat regularly again, you will just be really unhealthy and not getting all the necessary nutrients and such.

    Why do you wanna lose so much weight so fast anyways?


  5. Yes you can loose the weight by doing this. You will also feel tired and hungry. You will also gain the weight back quickly. Sorry, the only way is to loose it with regular old fashion watching what you eat and working out.
