If I major in Chemical Engineering, or Biochemical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering, then Will I able to take MCAT? Does medical school care about the student major, while enrolling?

Will I be able to go to the Medical School? In order for me to go there, I need this test, and what else? Thank you so much.

  1. Major doesn't matter in the MCAT, but medical schools do tend to preference people with a science back ground (the top ones at least). Your major is fine, get into research, take a non science minor, get good letters, do lots of community service and work at a medical institution.
