I contacted the clerk and she gave me the amounts including court costs. I want to get it cleared up asap so I want to do it in person. But I'm hesitant, I'm not sure if I will be arrested? Also if paying in person will I still need a money order or can I pay in cash? Please help!

  1. What is the warrant for? If it's something big then yes you will be arrested, if it's just some failure to appear over a minor violation then no, you just need to pay the fines. Most cities/counties accept cash. I don't see why they wouldn't. None of them accept checks. Call and ask if they accept cash or not.
