  1. Take then as it says on the bottle or as your doctor has told you to take them.  It is ok to take less than it says on the bottle, but it is not ok to take more.


  2. no, some vitamins are fat soluble and are stored in the body, this may cause too much to be in the body and cause toxicity. it is best to take a multivitamin that is made for your age range and then as directed on the bottle.
