Will I be kicked out of my prom if I bring a 39 year old man as my date?

Question

Well my ball (equivalent to the American prom) is coming up soon. You are allowed to bring a partner who does not attend your school. I thought it would be super cool and funny to bring this 39 year old guy I know. Just to shock, because I go to a really uptight Catholic school.

I don't date him, so don't start calling him a pedophile or anything like that. He is just a friend. I have too much respect for him, to ever risk our friendship by getting involved with him. But we do love to have a good laugh.

Because he has a great sense of humour, we all thought it would be really funny if he came as my partner just to see peoples reactions. He looks like a total druggie too, so it would be perfect for my school ball. People will be talking about it for ages after.

Thing is, my school isn't my number 1 fan, so I was wondering if they could kick me out of the ball for it? If a school says you can bring someone who doesn't attend your school to the ball, does that mean it can be anyone?

its too risky you may know hes not a pedophile or a freak but your  principal and staff wont and they wont want him around your other classmates.dont ruin your ball for one good laugh. just watch family guy for a good laugh if thats al you want.

Yes they can tell you and your "friend" to leave.  They reserve the right to have you leave for any reason they seem fit, and bringing a 39 year old to the ball is probably reason enough.

I can't see how they can kick you out like that. They said, you are allowed to bring a date who does not attend the school.

yes, they can kick you out for dpoing anything inapropriate, and they would take it the wrong way and the police could be called on your freind

I was going to diss you, but since you both have a good sense of humor, GO FOR IT!  They can't kick you out for no good reason.  Sounds like a HOOT!  Have a good laugh.  I never went to my prom, so enjoy it while you can.
