My guess is you wouldn't die, but you will most likely have a very bad tummy ache, unless you have a stomach of steel or the bacteria/mold hasn't gone rampid on the sandwich. In fact, come to think of it, some mold is lethal...be verrrrrrry careful.

I know one thing you might end up with food poising and that can kill you this is something i would not do as mayo has raw eggs in it and cheese has milk and you what spoiled milk looks like and smells like I would have to say do not do this unless you like being extremely sick. My dad is a surgeon.good luck

No. If it has been in the fridge, the cheese and mayo keep a LONG time and so does the bread. The worst you'll get is a stomach ache.

If it were in a fridge there is a slight chance it is still ok, but if not, prepare some toilet paper, vomit basin and some stomach tablets.

Well it contains 2 foods which need refrigeration, and to be not refrigerated for that long can't be good!
