I am 14 5'8 I can touch rim on 10 now

I just started airalert today will I dunk by the time basketball

season rolls around in november

  2. Air Alert just uses plyometrics. That could work for you, but it might not. Plyos work best for people who have strength developed that they haven't tapped into yet. There's good info here http://offto.net/jumpjump/ If you can squat a lot, then it should work, and you can definitely get about 8 inches by november, which should allow you to dunk. I've heard that air alert requires a few too many reps, so be careful of overtraining and get lots of recovery time. good luck

  3. I was 5'8 when I was 14 too and i could touch rim. I'm 5'10 now and 16 but I can't palm the ball so it's still hard 4 me even tho my elbow is almost over the rim. If u can palm the ball, then yea, but if not...no.
