Will I end up in Juvy?

Question

well basically im 15 years old, i got caught stealing a computer harddrive, and three sandisk flash drives from walmart. it equaled well over 200$ worth of merchandise so i was charged with a felony for that, i also got another felony over my head for carrying two razors (posession of a burglery device or some **** like that). so i have two felonys over me at the moment. i go to court in a month and i have no idea what to expect. i also have about 4 other major problems in my life that are causing my to go into a serious state of depression. my AIM screen name is ExileSkim58, talk to me on there if you could give me a hand with them as well =[, i really need all the help i can get at the moment. i dont mean to complain so much but this is the lowest point in my life right now and i do need to make some changes. anyways the main question here is, what will the law of Richmond Va do with me for these charges?

i also have only had one other offense against me (Class 5 misdemeanor) which was the lowest charge i could be held with so they dropped it. other than that i have a clean record.

Do you have a support network like family, friends, counselor, teacher or some other person (s) you can trust?  You really need some guidance from someone who can be with daily. Richmond has some really programs.  I had a cousin who had some problems as a teen, and found lots of support in Richmond.  You need some support from someone who will help you find your way through all these problems.  Don't worry so much about juvy, but worry more about life past all this.  You shouldn't go to juvy if you have someone battling for you.

chances are its a yes.... but not for an extreme amount of time... due to the amount of times that you have ran into trouble the chances of coming up with a get free card are running slim.... although pretty much the only thing you can have that is going to help you about now is this depression... if this depression can give proof that it is more of an actual sickness/disease in a way that its something you cant control and makes you act out upon then it can help... but if it comes back as a self inflicted depression then it will have no help what so ever....

The best chances from now is to keep the record spotless clean from now to court, and somehow someway to fight to get the chance of a short Juvy time but even more to fight for something like house arrest or probation.. if you can get either one of those it will make life much better and easier upon yourself rather than going to juvy because going there would make even myself fall into a depression.
