Will I ever start my period?

Question

Hiya. I'm 13 and still haven't got my period. I'm sure most of you will know how i feel when others around you are all talking about it and you just sit there feeling left out. :/

I have had b***s for about 2 years and they are now a b cup.

I started getting pubic hair 1 and a half years ago.

And about 5 months ago i started get very fair underarm hair and it is still pretty fair.

Also i've had normal white discharge for about 2 years too.

No mean comments please :)

you should feel so so lucky when your friends are talking about periods. ive never ever understood why girls are in a rush to have them. they waste anything i try to do because of the pain (just with me, not with you dont worry) and when my friends were talking about them i just thought "thank god i dont have them yet" i was soo dissapointed when mine came :( i wish they didnt

wow... sounds the same as me right before i got my period. I got mine when i was 15. Of course, you WILL get your period. its just a matter of when. If you ask me, you'll defenitly get it in the next 6 months, if not earlier. It won't be more than 6 months though...! good luck!

everybody's body is different ... although it may seem that everyone has started, there are a fair amount of your friends that probably havent, some people  may start when they are as old as 16 i wouldnt worry but if you are too worried then go see a doctor for piece of mind.

you should be getting it any day now haha.  i remember when i started getting armpit hair, really shortly after i got mine.  so you should be getting it soon.  but don't be sad, cause it definitely isn't fun haha.

I'm ur age and I felt the same way all of my friends were always talking about their periods and i felt left out. Then I got it and it's horrible. You will probably get it very soon cause you sound like me before i got mine. Try to make the most of not having it though cause you will get it eventually and then you will wish you never got it.

Very soon. I'm the exact same as you!! But be prepared it will come when your body is ready. Ask your mom when she started, you will most likely start when she did. Hope I helped. Happy women hood!=)

yes i was the same.

you will shortly feel pains in the area where your bikini line is.(bottom of belly)

They arn't REALLY painful, but somedays you'll get days when it will feel really painful.

I had these pains for like, 3 WEEKS when i was 14. and then you should start your period.

It depends what time you will get these pains, Ask your mother?! It is a good chance you will start your period around the same age she started hers!

Remember, if you STILL havnt started your period when your 18 or even 16. You need to consult your GP!!!

you will.  be patient.   I got mine when I was almost 14 ( i already had b***s) and then I didn't get it again for about 6 months.  takes time for things to level out.

By how you've described yourself... i would say that you are going to start really soon :) but i didn't start until just before i was 14 and i know how you feel... i felt left out and was really anxious to start quickly... but then when i did i wished i hadn't :) i mean it's a lot of hassle having to go to the toilet all the time... and you don't feel your best at the time of the month. it can be stressssful :) so don't be upset that you haven't started yet... i'd say your lucky :)

Just because you did not start your period, doesnt mean you should feel left out, that is nothing for you to feel left out, my friend was 16 when she got hers, thats 3 years away from how old you are...my other one got it when she was 11 you never will know when you'll start...and you should be lucky you did not start because alot of people that do start it...think its annoying so consider your self lucky! lol :]

im 13 ive gad mine 4 a year this month tbh they are awful bt dnt worry it will come wen its redy you will probably start by the end of the year as you sound more developed than i was when i startd mine!!!

I know exactly what your talking about my friends are always talking About it bd here i am 14 and still nothing. I wish I could know when it was gonna happen and I want to be a women. I know it sucks. Your symptoms are pretty similair to mine.  And my mom and older sister started at 14 and a half and I'm 2 months from being 14 and 1/2 so I should be getting any time and you should definitely get with this year.

Well carry a pad with you just incase.
