There is nothing wrong with it except I´m in south america and the system (vista) is in spanish which cannot be changed to English.

  1. The other answers on here are silly, I don't the law in South America, and neither does anyone else on here. You need to ask on a site for the country your in.

  2. You may or may not get ur refund . but youll get store credit

  3. Call and ask them what their policy is.  You will probably lose 15-25% for a restock charge.

  4. if you have a receipt then it should be fine. just make sure you delete the dirty pics first

  5. IF you have a receipt and there has been no change to the system then why not ask to have a refund or at least to have a replacement because the operating system is not English.

Equally this would be something that can be easily changed when you log on and set up the system defaults. you change the language, if your not sure, then get a techie friend who can read spanish to make the initial changes.

  6. It depends on the store's return policy , it can very from a straigt up refund, refund minus a restocking fee, or store credit, contact them and ask them what there return policy is ofor laptops, don't tell them you are returnibg one, justy ask it in general/
