  1. you wont get a ticket.  will you be insured if you have an accident?  well it depends.  do you live in the same household?  if so you HAVE to be listed on her policy to be covered.  if you don't live in the house then you are covered for insurance as long as you have permission to drive the car.

  2. No, you shouldn't (most policies cover occasional use by non-listed drivers), but if you got in an accident, and the insurance company found out that you'd been driving it all the time or something, you might not be covered.

  3. WHEN YOU LOAN YOUR VEHICLE, YOU LOAN YOUR INSURANCE. IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT YOUR INSURANCE WILL PAY FIRST, THEN THE OTHER INSURANCE WILL PAY SECOND,

  4. if you drive a car and it is fully com you can drive another car that does not belong to you but will only be insured third party

  5. No you wont get a ticket as long as that someone else has insurance on the car, your name does not have to be on the insurance policy.

  6. If you have permission to drive an insured car and have a valid drivers license, you will be covered
