Will I get any taller?

Question

Im 13 yo, turning 14 in November. Today I was walking next to my dad and noticed that I'm taller than him. I'm about 5ft 4 and he's only 5ft 3. My mom is 5 ft 1 since I'm taller than both my parents and only 13 will i still grow? I'm worried.

u will definatly grow some more from 13 to 18 i grew 6 inches and im a lot taller then my parents

Taller than my mom and dad...

Drink more milk , nutritious food..

Avoid junk food..

Yeah you will still get taller. Genetics only play a role in height 80% of the total height. The rest has to do with your sleeping habits, eating habits, and physical abilities.

if you do want to get taller ask yourself this:

Are you getting at least 8 hours of sleep a day?

Are you eating high protein meals and less junk?

Are you active for the most part?

all of these will help!
