Last week I log in my co-worker at 8:03am with her user name and pass word because she was running late she works in another building a different site 2 blocks away but we work for the same company I just happened to log her time in through our computer here at work ,well her supervisor beat her to work by 5 minutes and she actually got to work at 8:22am and he looked at the time and half and hour I guess he checked in here time sheet through Kronos and he asked her why was she already clocked in at 8:03am if she had just arrived not to long ago before him, So now he is wondering how did she clock in and have asked all her co-workers if they logged her in but so far everyone has said no, So he told her that he will look into the situation so if that does happened and they start investigating more and look into Kronos is there a way they can find out what computer it's coming from with the IP Address, Will I get caught! Need advise Quick!

  1. People who alter their time sheet is a bad thing. Companies take this situation very seriously.

There is a potential that if your company follows through on their investigation that they could eliminate both you and the co-worker if they have evidence.

Hopefully nothing will happen to you and your co-worker, but hope you learn a lesson. Don't trust that co-worker again. After all, they are putting in a situation you shouldn't be in to begin with.

  2. I would fire you for cheating the company that pays your salary.

  3. yhea

    girl ur screwed...

they can def track u, that was stupid

you never to anything illegal from your own desk.....

I suggest you think about confessing before they catch you, ask your friend to take the blame but your still f***ed

  4. Hmmm...I don't think you will be fired, but you might get a warning, if you haven't done anything else bad. My sister did that once and she got a warning.
