Will I get charged if someone calls me long distance from their cell phone?

I didn't think the person receiving a long distance call would be charged, but the long distance charge on our phone bill is through the roof and I'm wondering if it's because of the out-of-state calls I've received. Will my phone be charged if someone calls me long distance?

I think it depends if u answer if they call u from a long distance. U would also pay for the minutes u talk 2 them. So the best thing 2 do is 2 get a call card and be the one calling them. Wait but that means they will have 2 pay!!!! Ummmm.......nevermind just go with the flow and stay cool!!!!!LOL!!!! :-)
