  1. AFTER you get your 10-year green card, no, you won't get deported unless you commit some kind of felony.

Getting citizenship will simply take you 5 years from the date you became a permanent resident, instead of 3 years.

Even if you got divorced before removing the conditions on your permanent residence, you could still apply to remove conditions, provided you got married in good faith and you could prove that.

That's specified in writing in the instructions for the form to apply to remove conditions:

  2. Depending on how long you're married they may claim fraudelent marriage meaning you could have worse things to worry about than deportation (attempt to defraud the U.S. Government)  If you've been married long enough chances of deportation still exist, your entry to this country was contingent upon marriage.

  3. Yes if you leave her with out getting the other letter for the interview, your greencard will be revouked.. You have to go through 2 interviews. when i got married to my husband i didnt have a greencard. he made me one, in 2004 i waited on the interview date,(the first one)  it took us a year for the first inteview. I just recived another lettter yesterday for another interview date, which is gonna be this month.

I suggest you should wait untill u get ur 2nd letter for the interview. they gonna lhave a list of what you may need to bring along. ur spouse, Your child certificate,

if you have permanent green card. than your in good hands. she can't do anything.
