I just bought a UV led light torch with a built in red laser pointer from ebay and it is going to be imported from Hong Kong to Australia, NSW. I didn't buy it for the laser though, I just needed the uv led lights. So will I get in any trouble, what should I do, I didn't even know that lasers were banned in NSW (just found after buying) I have tried cancelling my order but I have already paid and no response from seller, I think his ebay is automated. So what is the current law on laser pointers in NSW and what should I do, I don't want to get in any trouble with the law?
