Will I get hired at Hollister?

I just went to an interview at Hollister Co. There were 8 people, 4 for the impact position, 4 for the in-store models position. I applied for the model so that means I'm competing with the other three. Out of them, this girl looked cute, her answers were good, but she was late for about 20 minutes, and she seemed fake. This other girl was average looking, didn't talk loud enough, had short answers, and seemed very shy. This other guy was hot and his answers were good. I consider myself pretty, skinny, and my answers were okay. And I'm Asian. The store is in California by the way. I wore a Hollister shirt, skinny jeans, and flip-flops. The manager said she would call us back within a week if we are hired. So what is my chance of being hired? And do you think they will hire the cute girl even though she was really late?

We really can't say just because we aren't the manager. It all depends on the manager who is hiring. All managers have different standards. I don't see why you would mention your asian. Don't see how that benefits or causes an issue what so ever.

In my experience with non model work. they will want the most dependable person for the job. They would rather have someone who can do the job good thats always there then someone who comes when its convient and does a killer job. So i feel you do have an advantage over the other girl you are worried about
