Will I get jailtime? First DUI in KY.?

I'm not sure what my BAC was. I drank quite a few, but it was spanned over a long period of time. I didn't feel very drunk, but I'm not sure.

Level of BAC doesn't matter...over the limit is over the limit even if it's by .01%  Most 1st DUI's usually receive fines, etc very few get jail time unless you fail to complete court ordered requirements due to the conviction.  Don't worry about jail time 99.9% of the time first offenders only spend time in jail when they are first arrested.

It all depends on what the BAC was.  What's a long period of time?  You'll probably just be given a ticket or worse comes to worst.. you're license may be suspended.

No only with two but even then posting bail is easy.
