Will I get my money back when my visa application refused ?

I am going to apply for General Skilled Worker Visa to Australia Embassy but before that I want to know if I can get my money back if my application is refused.

NO.  Payment is for processing fee....so regardless of the outcome, you will have to pay.

The fee you pay is an application fee, for processing the application.  It is not a fee for the visa itself, and therefore in non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
