Will I get the same effect with adderall?

I have ADHD, and I have problems focusing in school (I've been diagnosed), and my doctor perscribed me addys. Will I get the affect everyone talks about? I don't get any effect with concerta.

If you mean weight loss, it is impossible to know until you are taking it.  However this is an issue that only you and your doctor should be discussing.
