Will I go to jail for criminal mischief? I slammed my car door into another man's car door?

I have no prior offences. I am insured and my insurance is covering the damage.

Absolutely not!  Prior offenses or not, this is a misdemeanor, and you will not go to jail for it.  However, if you are tried and found to have done it intentionally, and your insurance company finds out, they are going to come after you for the money and cancel your policy.  They only cover accidental damage, not intentional damage.

just say there was a huge spider on you and you had to open the door somewhat quick, then the man offered you s*x to go over it and when you said that the insurance will cover it he's become aggressive and called you names and was racially aggressive. Unless he has a witness.

But you can have a witness too.

Probably not. You'll most likely end up with a fine, and maybe an anger management class, depending on the Judge. If you haven't hired a lawyer to represent you yet, you should really probably give it some thought. Good luck!
