I am a Southeast-Asian living and working in America. I am a US permanent resident/green card holder and I have a South Korea visitor's visa. Will they give me a hard time at the immigration on arrival?

  1. No.  Incheon Airport operates more smoothly than most airports in the States.

They will ask you for a hotel/address where you'll be staying and a phone number.  I'd recommend that you have this information available.

    Have fun in Korea!

  2. Unlikely.  If you are arriving on a direct flight from the USA, immigration will just quickly ensure that your documents are in order and wish you a pleasant stay.  You'll then claim your luggage and go through customs.  Customs, for 99% of planes flying in directly from North America, consists of several men in blue uniforms waving people through.  It's all very fast and easy.

  3. not at all.
