Will I have service on my T-Mobile phone while in Bolivia?

I will be in La Paz, with my Sidekick II. Should I expect to have service?

From what I understand, I don't think T-Mobile covers any cell-phones outside the US, but I may be wrong. This might help, though.

Cell phones are very cheap in Bollivia. I bought 1 for 15 dollars and  recieved 6 dollars credit in time.

   If your cell phone has a sim card. When you get here you can buy a sim card and change it.
