Will I lose weight ? By thid diet plzz help me!?

okay, I am a muslim, and Ramadan is comming up <333 ! September 2nd, and I plan on Going on the Atkins diet (AND DONT TELL ME ITS UNHEALTHY CAUZZ I DONT CARE)

Well, I plan on doing this for 30 days! straight.

- Eating 5-10 grams of Carbs. drinking 8-9 gl of h20, and 30 min walk and 20-30 min on tredmill!!

Breakfast: Hotdog, Egg - Only whites, and 1 slice of chese with greentea with splenda (does greentea stunt growth)

LUUNCH: CANT CAUZ ILL BE FASTING

Dinner: SAme as breakfast

Do you think i can lose 30-40 pounds in 1 month!!!!!!

  1. you wont lose 30-40 pounds in 1 month that is not a joke you have to be on some good crystal meth to lose that much. You will lose about 10 if you kick ur *** you can do 15 max. Chances are you will struggle from the diet since your not eating much and when you start eating normally again you will gain all the weight back. i was grown and raised in LA/HOLLYWOOD the city of dieting and wanting to be skinny, and nothing works but to work out and eat healthy, dont kill yourself just to look good be happy with yourself if your not maybe you should get some therapy rather then doing this to your body, it will harm you later. Food is awesome i quit all my diets i love food too much to do that to my body but good luck :)  


  2. I recommend the South Beach diet, its the same idea as Atkins &quot;low carb&quot; but its lower fat and will help you stay healthy AND lose weight.

    Hurray for the exercise! Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat so you may not lose all the pounds you want, but you will lose inches.  Remember to measure, don&#039;t just rely on your scale.

    Crash dieting is REALLY unhealthy and can make you VERY sick -- you should practice a healthy diet DAILY!

  3. I&#039;m not sure. Try eating less than 300 calories a day but be sure what you eat has a lot of protein thats all you really need and lots of ice cold water, and hot green tea. Hope i helped.  

  4. aslam u alikum how are you i am a muslim too. in your diet you can add some yogurt in your  breakfast it does&#039;nt make you thirst at all even if u run.overall you sound pretty good to me.salam
